I. Statement on Service Nature
All services we provide fall within the scope of medical information consultation, cross-border coordination, and health management support. They are not a substitute for the direct doctor-patient relationship or the diagnosis and treatment services provided by medical institutions. We make no promises or guarantees regarding any doctor’s diagnostic opinions, treatment plans, or drug efficacy. The final medical decision shall be made by you or your attending physician on the basis of full informed consent.
II. After-Sales Service Rules
1. Global Medication Sourcing Service
We will make every effort to assist in sourcing medication channels based on the legitimate prescriptions and information provided by you.
The drug price, supply source, and shipping cycle (especially cross-border processes) are subject to changes due to market fluctuations, customs regulations, logistics conditions, and other factors. Our quoted price and estimated delivery time shall be subject to the final order confirmation.
Once the medicine has been shipped from the supplier or pharmacy, returns or exchanges will not be accepted in principle, except for quality problems (e.g., damage, contamination, wrong delivery) or as required by laws and regulations. All medicines must be used under the guidance of a doctor.
2. Teleconsultation Service
The consultation opinions provided by the doctors we help arrange are for professional reference only. We cannot interfere with or modify the diagnoses and suggestions given by doctors based on their professional judgment.
After the completion of the consultation service, if you have any questions about the communication process or the doctor’s advice, we can assist with information clarification or feedback, but we shall not be liable for any medical consequences arising therefrom.
3. Medical Consultation Coordination Service in China
We provide services including hospital and specialist appointment booking, escort interpretation during consultations, and hospitalization coordination.
The specific diagnosis and treatment plans, costs, and treatment effects shall be the responsibility of the admitting hospital and doctors. We are responsible for coordination and communication, but shall not be liable for the medical outcomes.
If the customer cancels the appointment unilaterally, the customer may be required to bear the paid appointment fees or liquidated damages.
4. Domestic Pharmaceutical Sales Service in China
All drug sales shall be conducted with a valid doctor’s prescription.
After-sales services for medicines will strictly comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulations. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for medicines sold, except for quality reasons.
If you have any objections to the drug quality, you need to contact us within the specified time after receiving the medicines (e.g., within 72 hours) and provide valid evidence (such as photos and videos). We will assist in verifying and handling the matter with the pharmacy or supplier.
III. Privacy and Data Security
We solemnly promise to strictly protect the confidentiality of all customers’ medical records, prescriptions, personal information, and other relevant data. Such information will only be used for the sole purpose of providing you with services, and will not be disclosed to irrelevant third parties without your explicit authorization.
IV. Disclaimer
We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, policy changes, epidemics, wars, etc.), network delays, the actions or omissions of third-party service providers (such as hospitals, pharmacies, logistics companies, payment platforms), as well as the customer’s failure to provide accurate information or failure to follow the doctor’s advice.
